I called about a 2018 F-150 and spoke briefly with Jake. I’m an out-of-state buyer and explained I was serious and willing to travel if the truck checked out. The interaction was very minimal. He gave short answers and didn’t seem engaged or interested in the conversation, which made it difficult to get the information I needed. It felt like there wasn’t much effort to assist or answer questions. Based on this experience, I didn’t feel confident moving forward and now I have doubts

Had a great experience at BlueSky Motors in Maryville TN. The car dealership was very friendly and gave me plenty of space while looking around, while answering any questions I had about the vehicle. Jack was very helpful and I can gladly say it was a very positive experience during the car buying process.

I got my car back in April 2025. Everything seemed fine at First. I work from home, so I am not in my car as often as most people are in theirs. In the beginning, I noticed small things. Like the AC, not working properly, which he fixed. But I had also noticed A slight wobble. He told me that he had just recently had the car aligned and had me take it back to the place where that was done.
