I used Blue Sky Houston to assist me in building my own home and would recommend them to anyone wanting to oversee / GC their own build but don't know how to get started. Did not have a good experience with Patrick. The quote to build the home was way out of price range and I asked Patrick where we may find cost savings and he said "none" when in fact there were several ways to find savings. Window sizes, structural engineering, and stairs to name a few. I saved over $100k having the plans relooked at with someone else. Please be hesitent on giving ANY money to this business.
