We booked a Mountain View but got a wall instead. We asked for another room. I asked to get that comp’ed… they said no. But our reservation specifically asked for Mountain View’s. I don’t like the manager one bit. All they had to do was set us up in a proper room with Mountain View. PLace has deferred maintanence. I thought we were gonna book a 5 star experience and came in as a solid 3 over all with the finishes .. but there was no restaurant or fun amenity to chill at... the arcade sucked and many games did not work. felt ... read more
