Blues City Athletics offers outstanding coaching and an incredibly encouraging community. The coaches are skilled at working with athletes of all experience levels, creating an environment where everyone feels supported, challenged, and welcomed. What makes the gym special is that despite the struggles of training, the atmosphere stays positive and approachable. The strong sense of community, encouragement, and support makes it a great place to grow regardless of your starting point.
I commute from Kirkwood. Great open space for hyrox training including running and cross training. Great vibes and great people!

I commute from St. Charles for the Hyrox programming primarily but have also participated in their CrossFit classes. Their programming is great for skill building. The community is awesome! This environment has Great energy and community vibes! The coaches are outstanding and what sets them apart from other gyms is their education on proper body mechanics and ensuring body mechanics are correct and giving continuous feedback. Great place to workout. Very clean and great equipment. Steve has a great set up with a mix of CrossFit and hyrox classes. This is my second year here and have been to may other gyms and this ranks as one of the top
