great product. we had to cut 3 holes in concrete floor of high rise building. scanned floors and cut no problem.
I haven't used the tool yet, but I have done some core drilling in the past and this looks to be a very good tool. I bought the package with 1" - 8" core bits and the drilling machine and the upgraded base. Packaging is excellent, the drill came with everything including additional motor brushes and wrenches to adjust the base and remove the drill bits. I usually hire coring sub-contractors anytime we need a few holes cored. I recently got quotes from 2 different companies to punch 9 holes below 5'-0" above finished floor (8... read more

Totally recommended, I just bought a 3rd Corel Drill model 10Z1 RB, we have 2 more bought more than 1 year ago and they do not stop. We are dedicated to the installation of railings and with them we opened more than 10000 holes in the year.
