So far our experience has been great. I feel they have been fair and honest. I've enjoyed interacting with them. They will start work for our project in a couple weeks and we look forward to continuing with them
I was told I would receive inspection and chimney cleaning services. Only one was cleaned. I was told I needed a new wood stove and shown some pricey models they sell. I expressed an interest in buying my own wood stove and asked for a quote on installation only, at which point the owner of the company refused an estimate and told me I couldn't afford it.
