I've been coming here for years. Two weeks ago, I brought a large order of blueprints to scan. He told me it would be a week. Two days ago, I called to see how the order was coming, and I spoke his mother. He said it was not ready, so I asked the mother if I could speak to him. She was nice as always, but I overhead him insisting NO, he would not talk to me. I was very polite, went over there to pick up my uncompleted order. He gave me the blueprints.
