Mission accomplished ! Thank you very much Ralph for your help in getting my ideas on paper for our new home here in Florida. Despite all the obstacles of being an owner/builder here in Volusia County, none of the specifications and details on the Blueprint/Plan ever came into question either by the County or any of my Subcontractors. My sincere thanks.
Took literally 10x longer than it should to get the plans costing me 100k+ in additional building costs, now we can't get access to the plan and they never answer the phone. Never dealt with a company worse than this one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They did a wonderful job with creating the plans for our custom home from A to Z. We really appreciated the depth of knowledge that went into the construction plans, and they answered all our questions as well as provided great advice along the way. Five stars and two thumbs up!
