Blueprint homes excelled in every aspect and provided us with a fantastic and memorable building experience. We built our home with Blueprint homes and the experience was great right from the start. They kept us updated on every progress update and the quality of the build is at the highest standard.
Blueprint is a terrible builder. From start to finish, there was no proper project supervision in place. The workmanship was poor across all areas, and when issues were raised, there was a complete lack of accountability. Trades used were unprofessional and produced substandard results. Customer service was terrible —unresponsive, dismissive, and more focused on avoiding blame than resolving problems. We had fantastic experience build our house with Blueprint Homes. Start with Debra,Shannon, Jaime ,Lia ,Ashleigh , Jack and lastly Rebecca at handover .
