It’s very frustrating when you get towards the end and the builder drags their feet to finish some minor items left that would be lucky to take a week to complete. You can’t get a conversation with the supervisor to get accurate up to date information as you have to go through the client liaison. We had a great experience building our home with Blueprint. The build was completed on time, the quality is excellent, and the value for the price was outstanding. A special thanks to our sales and design consultant, Shannon Gust - he initially helped us design an amazing custom layout, then during the build whenever we had a question or problem, he would always answer our calls and go out of his way to sort things out for us. His support made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend!
Just picked up our keys after a 28 week build.The entire process was a breeze. From meeting Shannon at the very beginning, through to handover. Everyone we communicated with through the build were professional, friendly and always responsive. Our client liaisons Amber and Bronwyn, to the main man David our supervisor, who couldn’t have been easier to deal with. Site was always clean, trades left minimal mess /rubbish onsite, to less than 5 defects at practical completion. Thanks to all the team for making our home.
I would rate my overall experience 2 stars. Initially, Ahmad from the sales and design team was outstanding. He designed my house and made the changes to accommodate my request. He was super responsive and always available. Because of him, I recommended 2 of my customers to use Blueprint home. Both of my friends agreed that Ahmad provided better service than other builders when choosing a home. 4 reasons why I dropped 3 stars. 1.
