We have just seen completion of our significant renovation (period home, modern second floor) with Blueprint construction and can't speak more highly of Simon and his team (Matt and Lincoln in particular). Simon and the team at Blueprint have recently completed a project I designed. The project involved both additions and alterations to a Victorian terrace from the 1850s. It required careful work on the existing structure as well as a double-storey addition to the rear. From the outset, the tender process was thorough and transparent.
