Eric and his team were great. Like any guy I tried to do the job myself and created a mess. It got so bad other people wouldn't touch the project either. Eric and his team came in, were very professional and finished before I expected and under an already low budget. I would strongly recommend for anyone.
Eric and his team were extremely professional with the highest attention to detail. Complete renovation of a 122 year old house including major structural, electrical and plumbing. Job was done on budget and on time. Highly recommended!
Blueprint Builders is currently renovating our entire upstairs. Our building was built in 1887 so there are structural issues and the whole upstairs had to be gut rehabbed. Erik, the senior project manager, is great to work with and very easy going with our ever changing requests and schedule. He is probably one of the most knowledgeable contractors I've worked with and has really helped us with our budget. The finish details of their work is impeccable.
