I scheduled an appointment for my husband, his information was "sent" to an outside doctor's office and an online consult was confirmed scheduled (by Bluepoint) for today. We never received confirmation from the doctor's office, and when I called to inquire I was told that his information was not in their system. I'm only writing a star for review, only because the system does not allow me to put 0 stars. That's how I described the level of their customer service. These people don't have, in any way possible a sense of what the word INTEGRITY means, nor do they care for their customers. I have been trying for months to take care of a simple issues which is to send me the proper CPAP supplies to my home address, and over and over they have failed to do it right; despite the several conversations I'd had with them over and over, I stil... read more
I have been trying for months to get them to stop sending me medical equipment and to cancel my association with them. Most recently they billed me for something I never received, even though I had asked them to cancel my account months ago.
