Our experience here was the worst experience I've ever had at any business in my life. Horrendous staff and vets, very sketchy and uncomfortable environment, and money is their top priority. I honestly don't even want to get into what went down with my dog at this place because thinking about it will make me cry. Turn away now and look elsewhere. That's all you need to know.

This place is a huge rip off! Ask any reputable vet and they will tell you! My dog was attacked and was bit in the eye and we were forced to take him to an eye specialist and this was the only place that was within an hour of me that had any availability so my hands were tied. It was $170 just for the initial visit and they told me he needed a surgery that would likely cost $3,000!!!! I said I couldn't pay that price considering they offer no payment options so they told me to try some medications and come back in a week. Al... read more

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment for my poor dog's eye only to be told that they made mistake on scheduling and that I would either have to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment or go to Southfield or Ann Arbor. Scheduling shouldn't be this difficult and a phone call before hand on the mistake would have been nice as well.
