I will NEVER go to Blue Pearl emergency vet again! You told me when I called ahead that it'd be an hour wait. You didn't mention there was no waiting room. We waited for 3.5 hours in my car with NO updates at all. Finally, I called and spoke to the vet who had my puppy's age and symptoms wrong despite my clearly stating what was going on. RecommendedI brought my Senior Foster in Saturday 9/7/19. They were familiar with her condition. She was in kidney failure and had a heart murmur. They took her blood and she was in complete failure. Anna Marshall took care of Dottie, she was so gentle and loving and always went above and beyond for her. Dottykins had to be helped over the Rainbow Bridge. I brought my puppy into BluePearl last night and can I just say WOW! Their customer service and passion for our fur babies is top notch. I am so thankful for the care team at BluePearl and their willingness to keep me informed and comfortable. The receptionist might I add was the most calm, professional I have experienced in a while. She was fielding traumas and pet families left and right and never broke a sweat or changed her sense of calm. I highly recommend BluePearl!

I panicked when my pit/lab Minnie was in crucial pain Thursday night, bleeding, not eating, vomiting, crying, and a huge belly. Took her here because I felt like if she didn’t get assistance within hours, she probably would of not made it. They took care of her, prepared her, and suggested hospitals for me in the morning for an emergency surgery to save me costs. My dog had an accident on the floor and the receptionist sighed and rolled her eyes. I asked if they had any rooms available after an hour and a half wait in the waiting room as my lab was going crazy from the waiting room getting full. She had an attitude for no reason, I was asking the question in a calm matter as we couldnt go out to the car to wait because they don't call to let you know when your time is ready to go back.
