I am so grateful to have been able to use the exceptional services of Blue Pearl over the years and credit them with the longevity (16 years) of my pup. Here’s the deal: Blue Pearl saved my dog’s life. After a serious issue, Blue Pearl got him in ASAP. They kept us informed via phone. They even let us visit during his hospital stay, (may have helped us more than him). When people get dogs in Boston, I tell them about Blue Pearl. You don’t want to need an animal ER, but you want your animal ER to be the best, if need be. 10/10 service and care.
I can't say enough good things about the team at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital. Over the past three years, Ziggy (my Weimaraner) has had one hospitalization and four ER visits, and every time, the front desk staff, vet techs, and vets have been so kind and patient with him, especially given his anxiety and reactivity. They really do fear-free care right, keeping things calm and low-stress for an anxious dog, which makes a huge difference. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Blue Pearl. My dog went in for an ultrasound and they discovered a large tumor wrapped around and internal to her small intestine. She is 14 and was very anemic and surgery was risky. Not only was the surgery a success but I appreciated the frequent updates from the Vet and staff, immediate attention as soon as I walked in the building, as well as being to visit my dog as often as I wished. It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Gondolfe saved my dog's life.
