Excellent care from start to finish. The entire team was patient, kind, and very attentive with our dog and with us. They handled everything with professionalism and genuine compassion, which made a stressful situation much easier. We are very grateful and highly recommend this clinic.
The whole care team and process with Blue Pearl in Charlestown from start to finish was great. My dog had a TPLO surgery with Dr. Cleveland and I can’t recommend him enough. I was referred to Dr. Cleveland from my dog’s regular veterinarian and I’m so glad. My dog does not love the vet and has anxiety in unfamiliar environments, but she was so immediately at ease with this team. My experience was wonderful. The staff is amazing! The technician and Vet were very thorough, informative, kind and understanding of our needs and concern for our cat. I HIGHLY recommend them. 100 Stars!
