Always very pleasant front desk, techs and Doctors. Wait time in lengthy however since the time I have used them it has been emergency with no appointment, so it is to be expected. Would definitely recommend to others.
The emergency care team in Boston saved my dog’s life. My dog came in vomiting, lethargic and unable to walk. They quickly assessed her condition and within a day were able to determine she had extreme pancreatitis. The medication recommended worked quickly and effectively. Everyone over the course of 4 days took wonderful care of my baby. They communicated clearly and it was obvious to me they all truly cared about my dog’s well being.
First time with my pet and they treated her so well. It was late at night and I did not want to wait till morning for her to be seen. The staff was very professional and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend. They were busy with other dogs but I feel like they did the best and my dog received the best treatment.
This staff helped me when I was in dire need of syringes for my diabetic pup. I was hours away from home and no other vet would help me but they did. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
