This was my 1st time visiting Blue Pearl. Throughout my dog, Myko’s illness they were on top of his needs. Friendliness and care was wonderful there. His Internist is there and she was great. He has stayed at the hospital and he was well taken care of and the provided me with daily updates. I truly recommend Blue Pearl Charlestown and their staff. I know Myko is well cared for when he’s there.. Thank you Linda
I arrived at Blue Pearl both extremely worried and sad. Within moments, Sam K. and Dr. Cavet gave us the silver lining we had been looking and hoping for. They praised our own vet for doing exactly the right things prior to sending us to Blue Pearl, explained the next steps very clearly and our dog Hudson, went with them very happily, as if he knew he was in wonderfully kind and capable hands. Many, many vet visits, and four ER visits elsewhere, and finally, in the eleventh hour, THIS place saved my dog (and me)! This is a great place to go to when your dog is really sick. They were compassionate, and had real expertise, making a huge difference in my dog''s health. I brought him in very ill, with no real understanding of what was causing his illness. Beware of this facility. I took my dog to the ER. She ended staying there for 4days. They did blood work and it took forever. My vet usually takes less than 24hrs to get back to me with a full bloodwork and this place for each test took 48hrs. They like to run up the bill. I left there with $11k hole in my pocket. One of those days, I went to visit my dog and it was raining. My dog just kept staring outside the window. I took her out thinking she needed to use the bathroom. No, she wanted to drink water. My dog got into my medication and we had to bring her to BluePearl for observation overnight. We were in a panic, but they took great care of us and my dog. The staff was so sweet and made sure my dog was comfortable in an extremely emotional situation. When we went to pick her up, she came out with her tail wagging before she even saw us. Safe to say she was in the best hands.
