The location and hours are very convenient. There was no wait time around 8:15 pm, check in & out was quick. The staff is wonderful! They treated me & my pet with respect, kindness, care & consideration. They answered all my questions & provided thorough explanations. They recommended labs, Xray and a treatment plan, and explained itemized costs. I brought my 14 year-old kitty in for an exam as he started to urinate outside of the box and wasn’t eating. Dr. mango was extraordinary as was the rest of the team at urgent care in Carrollwood. Dr. Mango is clearly a cat person as she was incredibly patient with my very feisty kitty. Her mannerisms and how she interacted with him and the time and care she took to make him comfortable during what was a stressful exam for him was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Blue Pearl and their staff. I have been here a few times, and every experience I was met with kindness, understanding and compassion. I was given multiple options for treatment and was never pressured into the more expensive treatment options. They truly care about each animal as if that animal were their own pet, and that is exactly what I needed as an owner to feel safe that my babies are in good hands!
I don't have a lot of words... reason being I still miss my pup that was with me just shy of 16 years. Nothing has been the same since... He was a miracle dog to begin with beating Parvo, surviving 3 surgeries and a million stories I could never fully tell here. It was his time. The staff knew this and handled themselves honorably. Where I really give them appreciation is the card they sent to my family expressing condolences at the passing of this great, great dog.
