DON'T EVER VISIT A VCA HOSPITAL BEFORE CHECKING THEIR CHARGES. THEY OVERCHARGE EVERY OTHER VET CLINIC BY ABOUT 50%. THERE IS A REAL SERIOUS INFLATION OF CHARGES THAT SHOULD BE POSTED. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER FACILITY.

I will be forever grateful to this vet ER. the entire staff is absolutely wonderful. My kitty was very sick and here for 3 or so days. Her vitals looked really concerning but the staff took amazing care of her. Respected me as a patient and my desires. Allowed me to visit with my pet SEVERAL times over those days and never once was annoyed or seemed put out by having to set her up with me in a room.

I cannot Thank them enough. I called and asked them about helping or Loving Dog to get to a better place. :( We walked in and they took us right back so we can love our Baby. Dr. Thorp was wonderful explaining to us that it was the best for us to do. That he was pretty sick. He was wonderful and talked us through it. Thank you all!!

The kindness of the staff here as we said goodbye to our beloved dog was so comforting. Giving us all the time we needed and providing us a an environment to say our goodbyes was much appreciated. Thank you for being there when our family needed you. Blessings

I brought my amstaff in around 1230 AM today as she was vomiting and had bloody diarrhea. $400 later they still don't know what's really wrong with her. They gave me some meds for colitis. I paid my bill and am now waiting for her to be released because apparently it is taking longer for them to hydrate her. I also don't like that I haven't laid eyes on my dog for the past 2.5 hours I've been here. I will be taking her to another vet as I get a strange feeling about the staff here.
