They are friendly, kind, and very helpful. They care and have a wonderful 24 hour service.
Brought our bernadoodle in after a rattlesnake bite. The team lept into action, kept us posted with several calls overnight and saved her life. The docs and staff from front office to back office were beyond amazing. Very grateful to say the least. On a side note, make sure to grab some trupanion or similar animal insurance, fixing doggy emergencies doesn't come cheap.
We were sent here do to some unforeseen circumstances. From the moment we walked in to our return visit next morning (pre-cautionairy) nothing but genuine care for our dog and their Mom. Never knew Blue Pearl existed, and glad to know they do.
I brought my small dog to this Blue Pearl location after my regular vet was closed. She was experiencing "reverse sneezing," and it wouldn't stop, leaving the poor pup in distress. I was seen immediately, the vet and her team helped get her breathing back to normal, and I was sent home with overnight-care instructions.
