Been through several sad losses, this is the first experience with Blue Pearl and I can say, with my whole heart, these are the most empathetic, caring and wonderful people. Thank you so very much for your warmth.
My family had driven down to Blue Pearl Memorial Day Weekend as my daughter's cat yowled in a way we have never heard. They were so quick to get him back & triage him. He was blocked & the vet was very compassionate & upfront as I had concerns about cost. He came home looking and acting much better, although we caught him straining again & ended up at our vet later that week. He was doing better & came home. Absolutly deplorable, in my weakest state of mind when im losing my precious girl. I had to work and I sent my best friend who was very close to my girl to take her to the vet. The vet called me back and told me that I should bring her to a vet hospital because it sounded too serious. The vet at Blue Pearl said they needed to do X ray tests, then she needed an ultrasound, then and only after the first two showed nothing wrong and got my hopes up did they give the CHEAPEST and easiest blood test to tell me my precious girl wa... read more
Not a visit you want to do but they are compassionately there when you need them. our German Shepherd got aggressively sick a little down in the dumps in the morning nothing alarming but by evening he was sick. They were very compassionate he needed a o cross the Rainbow Bridge, made him comfortable till the rest of his family came up. We had him cremated which they handled for us. Again not the best of circumstances but they did a great service during our difficult time.
Blue Pearl has saved several of my animals over the years.unfortunately my kitty had to be euthanized due to kidney failure but I greatly appreciate the compassion we both received and the quik diagnoses
