We HIGHLY recommend Blue Pearl Pet Hospital Fox Valley!! They cared for our Springer Spaniel, Buddy, from September 17 to 20 as if he were a member of their own families. He began vomiting on the 17th and when it wouldn't stop, we headed to Blue Pearl. He was immediately seen and tests were ordered. After numerous blood tests (thankfully normal), x-rays and an ultrasound, a suspicious intestinal mass was found as well as a nodule in his left lung. My dog had to be transfered from 4 legged friends in Luxemburg to Bluepearl do to a bladder stones, the service was good and he recovered well and they were ever nice about explaining the process and recommenda special dog food for him to help avoid getting more bladder stones, skip ahead to about a year later, noticed recently he's having accidents in the house and not urinating a full bladder. Today was the most difficult day, I can’t thank the team at BPPH for the compassion you showed our family on one of the hardest days we have had to endure. Taz was so special to us and we always wanted to have him at home for his final days. But being that was not possible we want to thank you for your kindness.

I took my dog to Blue Pearl expecting compassion, care and help to get to the bottom of his sudden critical health issues. I was there twice in the span of 3 days and saw Dr. Biese both visits. I waited 4 hours at the first visit and 5 hours at the second visit. After leaving the first visit with no answers, and a large vet bill i wasn't happy. Three visits with varied experiences: first, I brought my cat in because of a bloody nose and the front desk woman was courteous and professional. She was extremely busy and answered all my questions, even went to check on my cat and get more information--I didn't have to push for that help; she offered. The tech, Katie, was also helpful and kind. The vitals were good so we left without further attention.
