The emergency team took tremendous, compassionate, responsive care of my cavalier spaniel Charlie last night. I will be forever grateful for how they treated me, and him, in our time of need. I've had a great experience with my cat Rylee who's 5 that had crystals and then required a p/u surgery. But not so much with my cat Simon who's 14. He was accidentally stepped on full force as I got off a ladder Saturday. He was seen by Blue Pearl on Saturday and sent home with pain meds after an ultrasound looked at his bladder that was small and saw no fluid in him after 5 hours. It's now early Tuesday 12 am. Doctor checked vitals, was bleeding badly from back end…. Never took x-ray, gave him iv’s and meds… “he’ll he fine…. 5 hrs later he was dead

We had to send our dear girl Bella to heaven today. I cannot say enough about the care and compassion Blue Pearl have us from the moment I walked in their door. Within one minute someone was there to tend to Bella and within ten minutes the vet was talking to me. She displayed such care. From the Veterinarian, to the nurses, to the receptionist, to the nurse who have me a genuine hug and even the people in the parking lot who saw my distress and opened doors for me, I was taken care of.
