I never post reviews, but this place earned 0 stars. Unfortunately, Google requires a minimum of 1 star. I am posting this review as a warning to anyone considering taking their pet to this place. Our dog became violently ill at 9pm on a Saturday evening and we drove an hour to BluePearl in Appleton so she could be seen. As others have mentioned, they pretended to screen her for triage, then proceeded to have her wait almost 4hrs to be seen. I have something to say about this place and I have never even gone in there. I live in a small town and this was my only option to help my really sick bird. I live two hours away. I really needed to get this bird in a vet and I’ve tried everything. All of the places I’ve called have told me to call blue pearl. I thought it would work cause it’s a PET HOSPITAL. maybe you should rebrand to dog and cat hospital because you don’t even take birds. Today I brought my 15 year old dog in because she was seizing. I can't even find the right words to describe the amount of compassion this place has. Everyone was amazing. Huge shout out to Arin. She is truly an angel and she was exactly what I needed during one of the hardest events of my life. Thank you for everything.
Drove from all the way from wausau because paw health will only take our money to euthanize pets instead of fixing critical cases. Thank you for not rejecting services to my dog.
Very Disappointed I brought my golden retriever in while in labor with a vaginal prolapse… they took her back and the 1st baby was born… they put me in an exam room to deliver the next 3 babies on my own with just the paper towels in the paper towel holder….. I had to stick my head out the door several times to request a xray to see how many babies left in her uterus and if someone had checked her prolapse….
