My male cat needed attention right away and staff was on it. I had a short wait before being told what they planned/needed to do for him. I was continually kept up to date on how he was being treated. I’m glad and relieved that I live so close to Blue Pearl. it’s a great emergency hospital.

My puppy was attacked by another dog on Sunday morning, and we took him to this hospital and customer service was good, however, I would have expected him to get a full check for injuries, however they focused on the wound I showed them and didn't realize he had another small open wound and bruises on his other leg. I had to take him the next day to his regular veterinary office for them to take care of those, as he was in pain and limping due to those other injuries.

Our cat was having serious issues with her eye and our vet suggested we take her to Blue Pearl. We were seen in a timely manner and the entire staff was very caring and friendly. They explained every step and cost. Would highly recommend them .
