My GSP had a severe puncture wound in her chest. Went to my local vet (VCA Centennial animal Hospital in Louisville) and they examined her and cleaned out the wound. They Suggested some sutures but they could not do it for another week as they were "booked up". Thought this was strange that they couldn't fit her in. SO.....I decided to come to Blue Pearl. They were awesome and stitched her right up. Nothing but good things to say about the front counter staff as well as the vet. Decent pricing.
Front desk staff were miserable and clearly did not want to be there, Christine in particular. They seemed annoyed that customers were interrupting their phone time making an already stressful situation significantly worse. We will NEVER go back.
Our Golden Retreiver was showing signs of possible injury or toxin exposure. We have had problems in Yorkborough Park in Thornton with people not cleaning up after their dogs, garbage, and drug paraphernalia. We called ahead and Blue Pearl was ready for us. They were kind and professional and gave Jack the best care possible. They were kind and patient with us. They kept us informed and gave our Golden the best care possible.
