I took my girl there to be seen as an abscess/tumor ulcerated and was leaking. Clearly infected. When I got there, there were no other vehicles there other than mine as far as patients. I was there a total of 2 hours and change. I ended up just leaving with my girl. I was told the doctor would be in, in a few minutes and she never came. I was told they had some urgent cases come in however we were literally there when no one was there. Dr. Smyth cared for our cat. She was caring and compassionate, especially at the end. It's clear the people at Blue Pearl care about their patients and the people that bring them. Dr. Smyth and Blue Pearl helped us navigate an extremely difficult path with compassion and empathy. Her empathy made a very painful experience much more bearable.
