This place is AWFUL! Waited 5 hours with an animal with bleeding eyes & when I asked why a dog jumped ahead to get stitches removed, a little man with a buzz cut came SCREAMING at me "leave right now!" I've never felt more threatened being a female & being in a medical professional setting. The staff was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL & unscrupulous. Very unethical the way they run this business. I would strongly recommend that Clinic. We had emergency with our cat Emily, who’s otherwise healthy cat. The staff from the very beginning to the discharge was very friendly but super professional. Dr. Kept us informed throughout cats stay in the hospital. So, it’s 5 stars Clinic.
We had an emergency with one of our guinea pigs, and took the long drive for service. They are following all COVID protocols, so we called upon arrival. The staff was professional and kind. We were informed it would be at least an hour and a Doctor would call with an update. This time frame was accurate. The doctor was kind and professional going over all of the options.
