I will NEVER recommend this place. Had my family cat put down, selected to get her remains and paw print back, after a family discussion in the office. After recieving the paw print and not the ashes, I called twice, the first time they were busy and the phone rang forever before someone picked up and hung up. The second time, they said they would look into and call me back. Its been weeks. Not even a, " Sorry for the miscommunication." Nothing. My kids are heartbroken.
We had to say goodbye to our sweet Harley today. It was a hard decision to make but Kendall, the referral coordinator, was super helpful with the scheduling process and she was able to get us a same day appointment when Harley’s health took a turn for the worst unexpectedly. We are also incredibly grateful to Dr. Janet Meeks for her care and compassion. Thanks to her kindness and professionalism, Harley was able to pass at home in a space where she felt safe and comfortable which I’ll always be thankful for.

What a great service this is. To be able to keep your beloved pet in the comfort of their familiar home made it such a peaceful and natural feeling of an ending to a great life. The doctor and the technician who serviced us today were so professional and compassionate - we could not have asked for more. Such a hard day, but I can’t say enough good about BluePearl - thank you!
We had to say goodbye to our furchild, Ranger, of 14+ years and it was not an easy decision. Dr. Emma Brawn was amazing from the moment she walked into our home. We knew we were in good hands and she was compassionate, kind and explained everything to us. Our boy passed away peacefully and comfortably in the safety of our home. I cannot thank Blue Pearl enough for their support and assistance in one of the most difficult decisions we ever made. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts- Erika and Spencer
