I needed to take one of my dogs to Blue Pearl for a back injury. From the moment I walked in I was treated very professionally. Everyone was very helpful and did not appear to be rushed at all. I was taken to a room right away and within a few minutes one of the technicians came in to get the history of my dog. They didn't took him to have the vet examine him. Similar to other reviews in this thread (Mr. Hunter Crawford). This place is clearly abusing its customers. We took our cat with a urinary blockage and ended up paying over $2,200 for less than 24 hours of observation and a few tests. The initial estimate was for $3,800 if the cat had to stay for three days. The cat did no require any catheter unblocking procedure and the treatment was simply testing, medication, and observation. I’ve been here twice in the past month with a cat that likes to eat things he shouldn’t and both times they were amazing. It’s tough when you’re stressed about an animal and in a vulnerable position and being able to have a reliable place to take your pet is everything! A++ staff and care
