Not great. My dog was sick with obvious belly issues on exam. Dr Nicole Griffith was not helpful. Only got an xray and did no work up. Poor list of differential/potential diagnoses and did not explain things well. Immediately recommended admission with no reason. Left and took my dog to another hospital where a proper work up was initiated and he was found to have pancreatitis. Came home on observation and he’s on the mend! But no thanks to BluePearl.
The staff and the doctors are so nice and caring. Thorough and informative.
They took great care of our baby astro and were even patient with his shrill loud all day long bark. They got us right in and gave us all scenarios and we knew ge was in great hands.
Every time I have had to use their emergency services, they have gone above and beyond to calm my anxiety about my pets health and their emergency issues. I highly recommend the one in Oklahoma City.
This place might be corporate and it might be expensive but the staff here at the location are...there are no words to describe them. Amazing. Sweet. Kind. Generous. None due them justice. I am a full-time college student and my pet baby was in a lot of pain and I couldn't get her in anywhere soon enough to help her. So I had asked for favors and had scraped enough money to ultimately pay to put her to rest.
