Been with this credit union for 15 years. I used to be able to call and get ahold of an actual representative in 5 or so minutes. Now you get to be outsourced to a call center where nobody cares about your problems:( Been travelling for work for 10 years with no card problems. Now I can’t use my card online without it labeled as fraud. Nobody at the credit union can seem to understand my problem let alone know how to fix it. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Blue Ox / Ignite under new management. Went and applied for a loan. The staff are very helpful & friendly, Jessica my loan adjuster went above and beyond to help me she made sure I understood what I was getting into guided me with every step. I'm so grateful, they are a God send.
