Every since ignite came into the picture with this credit union. I've had nothing but trouble with my account. I've been with this credit union since it was Teachers credit union. And I've had my fill with this credit union. I think it's time FDIC gets involved and the BBB. This credit union needs to be audited And the regulars you use to see when going into the bank are gone. A bank should be rated 5.0 when they have people's money. This bank is barely over 3, it's got some catching up to do. Unsatisfied Robin

Last month my wife’s card was compromised filed a dispute never received that money back. This month my card was compromised. Lost my entire paycheck. It has been 2 weeks and I’ve only received half the fraud back…. Incredibly disappointing

Dustin was very helpful answering any questions I had with an account my mom had me connected to. I have now stopped in there 3 days in a row and he helped me all 3 days. He was very helpful and friendly and understanding with me.

Have been trying to get ahold of them on the phone for over an hour its ridiculous Still waiting beimg told to contact the credit union that has never answered the phone for me
