My wife and I had our 5th wheel trailer come apart with structural failure on our holiday. We called Bluenose rv for an appointment to assess the damage, they got us in right away and proceeded to talk with the manufacturer on our behalf. We were allowed to camp with full hook ups at the dealership while this took place for about 2 weeks, they were great very supportive everyone we dealt with including the owners were all wonderful people. Jennifer was very kind and helpful in resolving our RV issue. The service was efficient and fast, with the problem being fixed quickly. We appreciated the professionalism and expertise shown, and would definitely recommend this service to others.
I can’t express enough what an amazing business Bluenose is. Not only did they go above and beyond helping me purchase my RV during a stressful time in my life, they also did it promptly, compassionately and professionally. When I had an issue with my propane alarm that I couldn’t figure out on my own,they sent wonderful people to deal with my issue (thanks ladies!) I recommend Bluenose if anyone is looking for a place to purchase! So friendly and knowledgeable.
On a whim, we found Bluenose RV Centre after running into some trouble with our fridge, and we only had a few days in the area. Pam was so warm, friendly, and helpful, and she managed to squeeze us in despite the short notice. Jennifer and Hannah were also wonderful, super helpful and kind. Since we’re traveling internationally, we really appreciated the local recommendations too. I highly recommend stopping here if you need support. They truly go above and beyond!
