Purchased a vehicle with warranty package. Was told if I didn't use the warranty I would receive $2000 refund in store credit when warranty expired. Been trying for 8 months with constant run around and not a single call returned regarding the issue. Have file with BBB. Would not trust a car dealer with such ethics

Dan was awesome! I'd been searching for a Kia Soul and Bluenose kept popping up. I decided to do a test drive and I couldn't be happier! I love my 2015 Kia Soul, and the office staff and Dan made everything smooth the streamlined. First time buying a car solo and I really felt I was in good hands, appreciated them setting up for insurance to come in for me too....crazy times with COVID, but made easy with this team!
