I live in Parksville I went out twice from where I live which is about 12 minutes only to find out that this place no longer exists on Springhill Rd in Parksville and listed on Google and Google Maps and when I phoned to try and find out exactly on Springhill Rd their answering machine replied that the auto business closed down a complete waste of my time and fuel and this business is still listed on Google. So if there closed down than remove the damn ads from Google.
Purchased a vehicle with warranty package. Was told if I didn't use the warranty I would receive $2000 refund in store credit when warranty expired. Been trying for 8 months with constant run around and not a single call returned regarding the issue. Have file with BBB. Would not trust a car dealer with such ethics
