The first time I went in to find a foundation match, it was awesome. I received knowledgeable help and a match! I was given a sample to wear for a couple days and when I went back to decide on that or a slightly different formula, I asked for the original salesperson to help me. She was busy, no big deal, but the woman who helped me was super abrasive, had heavy makeup caked on, and an attitude that made me wish I hadn’t come in. Love the smell, the staff are, very helpful. The Very Best assortments of perfumes you could ever need ,and Very well priced. Always new ones to try out seems like.

Had a great experience at Bluemercury in Montgomery Village. They had makeup artists from Chantecaille in the store who did my makeup. Manny and Nikki did a fabulous job. I found some great eye, lip and cheek makeup. This is my third time in the store and their customer service and recommendations are stellar. Highly recommend.

I have shopped at this store twice. It harkens back to a time when there was great customer service. Not pushy, snotty sales reps but professional, nice consultants to help you get the products that you want. Very good selection of great products that are not your run of the mill Sephora/Ulta stuff. Nice; relaxing atmosphere. Definitely will keep them as as "go to"
