I really don't understand why. Because of the distance, I wanted to call to check if they had the skincare product I wanted, but due to my language barrier, I tried to communicate via phone translator, and the other party abruptly hung up. When I called back afterwards, they hung up on me without hesitation. I don't know if it's due to language discrimination, and I don't understand the point of leaving a phone number if we can't communicate by phone.

Bluemercury by far is one of the better places where you can go by your skincare, perfumes, and makeup. The Long Beach staff by far is the best staff that I’ve had a pleasure to work with. They are very attentive and most importantly knowledgeable with their products. The shopping experience is much better than Ulta or Sephora. You don’t have to worry about bumping elbows with anyone because you want to test something out or the atrocious lines that are out the door. Leticia is THE BEST!! She’s so friendly, honest, knowledgeable, kind, down to earth, and simply real. I trust her judgement.
