I stumbled onto Blue Mercury and what a delightful experience. The staff is exceptional. Thank you Jamie for your time and conversation. I did receive abundant samples and detailed information about the products I was introduced to. I will return. Not only is the shop inviting but The District is as well. Thank you ladies for a delightful afternoon.
Melanie and Team are phenomenal. They know skin care and give great guidance and I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me. I genuinely felt like they cared and wanted to develop a relationship and now they are my permanent go to for skin care advice and products.
So glad I came in. I wanted to smell the Heretic fragrances and the ladies in here gave me the best experience. They are so sweet and knowledgeable, I will be coming back instead of ordering online just to see them.
There is nothing more refreshing than great service and a personal in depth experience. This was my very first time at this location, and the customer service is very memorable. As soon as I walked in I was immediately catered to with a smile and a nice warmth from all your staff. Not pushy and not doing too much. Tara and Mel are absolutely wonderful.
