There is nothing more refreshing than great service and a personal in depth experience. This was my very first time at this location, and the customer service is very memorable. As soon as I walked in I was immediately catered to with a smile and a nice warmth from all your staff. Not pushy and not doing too much. Tara and Mel are absolutely wonderful. The most friendly people and fabulous service. They help you find anything you need and show you how to use it. They will give you a free sample of anything you want to try. The entire staff is dog friendly and my dog loves to go there and get a treat. I’m not buying cosmetics and perfume anywhere else.

Bluemercury at The District made shopping feel special—Jenna greeted me, listened, and curated spot-on recommendations. No pressure, just expertise a personalized, advisor-style experience from start to finish. I rarely write any reviews, but I had to for my experience today!

I've had excellent experiences every time I've come into this location. Today in specific, Melody was excellent and very helpful choosing some skincare items that would work towards my skin goals while also recommending different products that I might be interested in in the future. She was attentive, listened to my concerns about my skin, and was knowledgeable. I found every person though that works here to be very helpful and would definitely recommend at least stopping into the store if you're interested.
