Made an appointment here. Showed up on time. The person who was supposed to help me wasn’t there. The person who was there was rude. Didn’t believe me that I had an appointment until I showed them the information. Screwed up my day and then blamed me for being annoyed they were being so rude to me for showing up when I said I would and had email confirmation of. Then they ignored me when the person who was supposed to do the appointment arrived. Just the rudest experience all around
Bailey is amazing. She is an absolute gem— patient, organized, and gives honest suggestions. I can be pretty particular about my eyeliner and she gave me a very honest run down about the pros and cons of all the eyeliner brands sold at this location. Also never felt pressured to buy anything and was also reassured that should I end up unhappy with any product I can always return. Had a negative experience with Bailey when trying to make a return. Kind of felt shamed for not wanting to keep something. When items in the store can cost hundreds, I don’t think that’s the move. I will go to a different location in the future if I return to Bluemercury. The store was very clean and organized, though.
10/10 for Bailey who understood my needs and was knowledgeable about a variety of products to help find great solutions for me. Awesome team!
Bailey and JC are so helpful and really know their products! Especially the all organic Ogee line. That were so patient with me and found an exact color match to my regular makeup. Thank you!
