Went on my birthday during a tough time, and was trying to figure out what to purchase to also obtain my birthday gift. All I asked what was the gift? But staff were no help and were quite dismissive, rather than welcoming. They stated they couldn't help without manager present. On a WEEKEND day?! I was seeking to shop more but immediately felt aunwelcome. Sad experience.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the store, primarily due to the behavior of the manager, Rachel. While picking up my face wash, I encountered her, and unfortunately, she was quite rude and dismissive. Instead of providing assistance, she seemed bothered by my presence, which made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable. It's concerning when a manager lacks the courtesy and professionalism expected in customer service. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in how customers are treated in the future.

Went for the first time yesterday after a laser treatment at a nearby medi-spa. I was looking for some good skincare items. The store was very nice and I loved that they checked in on me but gave me space to survey the inventory there (I probably did three laps around the store). Wasn't a huge fan of some of their inventory being on shelves in the heat of the sun and some items had foundation smeared on the outside of their boxes. I had the utmost pleasure and honestly luck of being assisted by Rachael and let me say, she’s phenomenal!! I had quite a few items I wanted to purchase online, but they were sold out, and Rachael located ALL of them from Bluemercury stores across the country and facilitated the purchase. She called me back with all the tracking numbers. She is very professional, knowledgeable and kind.
