I had the utmost pleasure and honestly luck of being assisted by Rachael and let me say, she’s phenomenal!! I had quite a few items I wanted to purchase online, but they were sold out, and Rachael located ALL of them from Bluemercury stores across the country and facilitated the purchase. She called me back with all the tracking numbers. She is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had a great afternoon yesterday. I went for a make up lesson. The three ladies working were lovely. Jessica did the make up lesson. She was enthusiastic and a pleasure to chat with while she was demonstrating techniques. I never felt pressure to buy more than what was required for experience (although I did). I will for sure be a return customer.

If you’re looking for quality service, this store isn’t it. I was hoping to make this location my go-to. I spend a hefty amount on some really great products from Bluemercury and was hoping to stock up but the customer service lack quality. These girls are more suited for Sephora.

Store is quite unkept, dirty counters, seems the staff never dusts, I am a customer and I buy there regularly, I always have to ask for samples which I get without asking I. Other locations,
