Sam is so wonderful. I went in there pretty unsure of a makeup look I wanted. She took the time to show me so much and demonstrated different eye looks. I’m turning 55 and felt bad that day… she made me feel so good! Thank you Sam!
Shawn and Sam took such great care of me! They gave great consultations based on my concerns and recommended products to get the age-appropriate look I wanted. Last week I received a call from Blue Mercury inviting me to their Holiday Shopping Party. I loved the personal and intentional effort on the part of their customer service to reach out to long time customers to inform them of an upcoming sale. We had a group of 4 ladies for a birthday makeup application, and we had a great time! The makeup artists did a beautiful job and made it a fun and special experience!
Service has taken a sharp decline since Wally left. Won’t be returning.
