I called here on Wednesday March 18tb, 4 times to ask about a specific product that they are referenced as carrying, no one answered the phone. This was between 12:15-12:45. I had no choice but to drive here 35 minutes to see if they had the products in store as I needed it the next day. I got there to an empty store and a sales clerk on her phone, I guess too busy to answer the store phone. I recently visited Bluemercury for the first time while driving up from Southern Virginia and was more than pleased to browse and purchase products from this store! Gabby was extremely helpful & had amazing charisma when i asked about some of the products benefits, differences, and overall quality. I Definitely will be coming back as soon as i need to repurchase more products and will be on the lookout for gabbys assistance !
Gabby was the greatest help! She was so kind, patient, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Her customer service was outstanding and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I also want to give a huge shoutout to her manager Tatiana she was a sweetheart! She offered great product recommendations and helpful opinions that made my choices even easier. Both Gabby and Tatiana went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their care plus our brief girl talk!!
I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Gabby! I stopped in to pick out a perfume for my mother’s birthday, and Gabby went above and beyond to help me find the perfect scent. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my mom’s style and preferences, then gave me several great recommendations to choose from.
