I recently visited Bluemercury and I couldn’t be more impressed. The store is beautifully organized, with a wide selection of high-quality products. Gabby & Jay were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to recommend products tailored to my skin type. They made me feel welcomed by greeting me at the door and asking what products i was interested in looking for! I would definitely recommend this store over sephora any day !

The two sales associates at this store provided exceptional service! They were highly knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends over Sephora. Thank you to the lovely ladies that assisted me!

Very unusual for me to make reviews but i just wanted to mention how great the customer service here was. I had a great experience here at bluemercury, great hospitality and friendliness from the staff member gabby! She was very helpful and kind when I asked for assistance.

I had the worst experience! it was january 14th. The consultants were not friendly. We bought a perfume, and when we got home, we realized they had sold us a tester. We had to go back, and the employees insisted that they had sold us a regular product. I showed them that the perfume we purchased was not available on the shelf, proving that they had indeed sold us a TESTER. We asked to exchange it for a sealed one, but they didn’t have any. I had a great experience at Blue Mercury Mclean. I was in a hurry to pick up some last minute products before traveling for an event the following day, and was interested in a particular brand and getting color matched. Gabby was really helpful and patient in assisting me while I tried a couple of different options and took my time deciding on them and some other items. I’m happy with the products she helped me choose and glad to have such a nice and convenient location nearby.
