Always a great experience. Tatiana is a joy to chat with and gives spot-on recs plus the store itself offers a nicely curated selection that you can’t find at other locations, especially with niche fragrance lines.
I didn’t have chance to ask the name of the girl who helped me today but she was amazing! Super knowledge and helpful with all the questions I had. This location is my favorite so far! Great customer service and super friendly.. the employees made me not wanted to leave :)
I recently visited Bluemercury and I couldn’t be more impressed. The store is beautifully organized, with a wide selection of high-quality products. Gabby & Jay were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to recommend products tailored to my skin type. They made me feel welcomed by greeting me at the door and asking what products i was interested in looking for! I would definitely recommend this store over sephora any day !
The two sales associates at this store provided exceptional service! They were highly knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends over Sephora. Thank you to the lovely ladies that assisted me!
Very unusual for me to make reviews but i just wanted to mention how great the customer service here was. I had a great experience here at bluemercury, great hospitality and friendliness from the staff member gabby! She was very helpful and kind when I asked for assistance.
