I made a purchase of 7 items totally $695.00 - when I got home, the next day 3 of the items were the wrong shade - upon returning I HAD TO request (1) a print out of what I purchased - no receipt was emailed (2) when returning an item that cost $83.00; THEY ONLY - credit was only $80.20. Asked why - could not tell me why. I now returned all 7 items after seeing the way this place was doing business. I returned all 7 items and it took 2.5 hours to fight to get a full credit. I was googling a certain product and rather than buy online, I searched for local shops that carried the brand. Happily I discovered that a bluemercury had just opened up near me. I met Alene who showed me what I was interested and sent me on my way with lots of samples! :) I went back again for The Lune+Aster real glow primer and we discussed skin care and I was clearly slacking (I knew it).
