Had problems with online purchase… twice. But, they promptly responded and resolved problem. Customer Service ladies were polite and helpful.
Love it! Quick friendly service, the girls who work their definitely know their stuff! And they have a lot of brands you wouldn't normally see in Macy's. Peter Thomas roth, perricone, rodial, juice beauty, supergoop, bliss, trish mcevoy, M61, Nudestix ,avene, Tanning products . And many more including hair care!!! Also I recommend trying the power glow peel pads that they sell amazing!!
