The 10 bottles of Jo Malone cologne never came and yet I was billed after them telling me martinsburg already sent them. Talking to employees at bluemercury is like talking to a 🧱 brick wall. I told them to cancel my order but I am still continuing to be billed. Shirley
Had a lovely experience here being color matched for a new foundation I was interested in. I get so many compliments on my skin when I wear it! I love the atmosphere of the store and how all of the products are laid out. The perfect place for retail therapy!
What a fabulous merchant! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Beautiful selection of luxury brand cosmetics, hair care and candles. I initially stopped in for a hair care product and walked out with so much more!
Every single time I've gone in this location I've been treated like a praiah. It's a shame because I have fond memories of the Dupont location and they carry some lovely brands.
