The 10 bottles of Jo Malone cologne never came and yet I was billed after them telling me martinsburg already sent them. Talking to employees at bluemercury is like talking to a 🧱 brick wall. I told them to cancel my order but I am still continuing to be billed. Shirley
Had a lovely experience here being color matched for a new foundation I was interested in. I get so many compliments on my skin when I wear it! I love the atmosphere of the store and how all of the products are laid out. The perfect place for retail therapy!
What a fabulous merchant! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Beautiful selection of luxury brand cosmetics, hair care and candles. I initially stopped in for a hair care product and walked out with so much more!
Every single time I've gone in this location I've been treated like a praiah. It's a shame because I have fond memories of the Dupont location and they carry some lovely brands.
The woman who helped my mom was super sweet. When we didn’t see the product on the shelf that my mom wanted she double checked and found one in their storage below the shelves. It was a quick and easy visit and the staff were lovely.
