Just had wonderful service and an overall great experience at this store (Totem Lake) with Madison and Michael. My friend and I each were able to try on a new foundation--something we had both been trying to figure out. So far I love the products recommended (and tried) and appreciated the care given to us. The store got busy while we were there and they were still attentive to all of us. We left very happy! Thank you again, M & M!!!

In the store, there are no prices on the items, and I don’t want to feel like I’m in an escape room where I have to complete a quest just to find out the price and then also deal with pressure to stay and buy something. It only increases my anxiety, nothing else. I don’t shop in stores where prices aren’t displayed. I genuinely don’t understand this approach. I really like some of the brands they have, especially Sisley, but I’ll be buying them elsewhere.
I walked into the store to get a foundation and was met with a kind and welcoming staff! Heather and Michael in particular were wonderful to interact with. Everyone was generous, patient, and full of knowledge!
