pretty much always closed early, just change your hours :)
Worst return experience ever. When I went to return the item, the staff didn’t ask any questions—not even why I was dissatisfied. She just took the product and threw it roughly into the trash can behind her. She didn’t say a single word to me the whole time. Even when I said 'Goodbye' as I was leaving, she didn’t respond at all.
So they just close whenever they want now ? It’s 6:30 …
Best beauty store around! Always clean, relaxing, and upscale. Gabi is extremely knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond with her kindness and commitment to customer service. Highly recommend checking out Bluemercury before going to other beauty stores nearby -- they have most of the same brands plus a number of high end brands AND they generally have better sales. They also have a better rewards program than most other retail stores!
