I walked into the store to get a foundation and was met with a kind and welcoming staff! Heather and Michael in particular were wonderful to interact with. Everyone was generous, patient, and full of knowledge!

I stopped into Bluemercury at Totem Lake in Kirkland and happened to be the only customer there — lucky me! Carlos, Michael, and Brandi from Chantecaille were absolutely wonderful. Michael and Carlos helped me track down the Sisley Phyto‑Rouge lipsticks (buy 2, get 1 free!) and guided me toward new shades I never would’ve picked on my own. Walked in with my daughter to purchase a specific item that she wanted. Ended up leaving with nothing because of a pushy sales representative trying to convince her to buy another brand not the one she wanted. Turns out that the representative was not an employee of the store but a representative of the product company. She was providing biased reviews of products and being pushy to make sales. Will shop exclusively at Sephora from now on for these items.

I had one of the most unpleasant customer experiences I’ve ever had at the Bluemercury Totem Lake location, with an employee named Carlos, who claimed to be the store manager. I came in to return a face cream that I had paid for using $64 in cash and $20 in Bluereward credit. Instead of simply processing the return, Carlos insisted — incorrectly — that he could only process the cash portion because he “can’t do the discount twice.” I explained multiple times that store credit is not a discount; it’s a form of payment earned ... read more

Came by on Saturday at 7pm and doors are locked and lights are off. Their website and Google indicate they’re open until 8pm so apparently this is no longer the case. Frustrating. I see why this location has poor reviews
