The staff is unimaginably disrespectful, especially the short store manager. I have never been treated worse my whole life.

I love the staff at the Blue Mercury in Ridgewood! About nine months ago I went in to redeem my birthday reward and the manager at the time made me feel very uncomfortable like I was doing something wrong even though I received an email from Blue Mercury to come in and pick up my birthday gift.
