I never write reviews but I felt extremely inclined to write this one. A wonderful kind sales associate was helping me with a return when the stores manager reprimanded her in front of me multiple times that she wasn’t doing it right. The sales associate explained nicely to the manager that she was doing the return correctly and she was following the store’s policies. But the stores manager would not let up on it in front of me.
