I dropped by because I heard good things from my medspa doctor about this place. The store is very well organized and has amazing-clean brands so you don’t have to worry if what you’re buying will be harmful. The real reason my experience was amazing was because of Amanda. She is such a gem! She listened to my concerns and helped me find something within my price point while also giving me great advice on ingredients. Please give her a raise 🤘 I think I’ll be stopping here instead of ulta/sephora from now on.

Christina who comes in on Sundays is an angel and a magician. I had a professional gig where I had to cosplay as someone 20 years younger than me (the Selena Q) and she knew exactly what to do. I care about clean makeup so I always trust everything at this store. I’m going to take classes from her upcoming so I can continue to do these looks for myself. She’s a gem and I cant say enough good things about her!

A beautifully located store. I didn’t know much about skincare or what worked best for my skin. Until I came here and I met an amazing associate named Lorena she was so polite and respectful and she carefully asked about my skin type and recommended products that suit me best. My skin is now glowy and hydrated thanks to the help of Lorena and her friendly and knowledgeable advices. This location will hands down be my favorite location to shop at.

Rude, you'd think we'd be past judging people but I guess not. I've shopped at Blue Mercury in Chicago for years but now that Iive in Phoenix I’ll stick to shopping online. Hey management, do better with hiring staff that actually have customer service skills and don't ignore you. Mega thumbs down to the sour attitudes.
