As a professional makeup artist here in Charlotte, I regularly recommend products and stores to my clients. Which is exactly why I’m so disappointed after my visit to this Bluemercury. My boyfriend and I came in to buy a hand soap and lotion set. We were greeted on entry, then completely ignored for the next ten minutes while we browsed and clearly could’ve used help finding what we wanted. The girls at Blue Mercury are fantastic!!! I came in as a new client with a bit of a lash emergency. Sam & Becca couldn’t have been more helpful and went out of their way to help me with product recommendations.

I went into Blue Mercury Park Road needing new product specific to recent allergy results (forcing me to throw away so many of my current products). Becca and Sam were incredible / researching product ingredients and making great recommendations. They worked really hard to help me. What I thought was going to be tedious (I am allergic to so many ingredients) turned out to be a really fun and productive experience. I will be back!

Courtney helped me out with establishing a face/skincare routine and recommended the Jack Black product line. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as the products have done wonders for me over the last few months. Great store and helpful staff!
