I had such a wonderful experience at my local Bluemercury store here in Charlotte! Samantha is FABULOUS! Every time I visit her store I have such a wonderful experience! Samantha is so knowledgeable about all the different products and what will work specifically for my needs and concerns. She is very professional and dresses amazing! The shop always looks incredible and the displays are gorgeous. Samantha is a true asset to Bluemercury!
This store has gone downhill. Last year, I went there on my birthday and had a wonderful experience. The sales person helped me and really made my day. I told everyone I knew to go there because what great service I had there. Today- I went there again on my birthday to buy perfume and makeup- the sales lady, Denise, acted like she was annoyed I was there. Horrible- would not recommend
Beware of blue mercury‘s return policy they say that you can return something if it the color doesn’t work or if you don’t like it, but I went back to make an even exchange. Have never used the color and wanted to try something different and they wanted to charge a restocking for a damage fee for having taken it out of the store they would not do an even exchange
