I had a really upsetting experience at the Blue Mercury in Wellesley today. The sales associate who rang me up was rude and extremely dismissive toward me and my two small children. She hovered over them the entire time in a way that felt aggressive and uncomfortable, repeatedly using an assertive tone to tell them not to touch anything. I’ve never had a better make up experience. The Helena and Alexa at the Wellesley location were personable, friendly, and so helpful. They genuinely cared to help find the right shades and give the right recommendations. I can’t wait to go back!

I had such a wonderful experience at Bluemercury as a first-time shopper! Helena and Alexa were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to guide me through different options and made sure I found products that matched my skin tone perfectly. Thanks to them, my first visit was not only easy but truly enjoyable. Later that day- I had a stranger come up and compliment how natural and beautiful my make up looked! Thank you!!!

My first visit to Blue Mercury in Wellesley and I will definitely be back! When I first walked in I was greeted by Helena, she was so welcoming and friendly. I told her I was in to see the Ogee products but next thing you know I started telling her about some struggles I have been having with finding a good foundation lately.
