I live in NYC and go to Bluemercury stores all over, but Mosaic is my absolute favorite. I've always had a wonderful experience there, but Gelila is the absolute best, knowledgeable about the products and always recommends exactly what I need. I always make sure to stop by the store when I am in the area!!!

I just bought my first item in this store, and it was overall such a wonderful experience. The Store Manager, Gelila Desta, went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable on the shade of tinted moisturizer that I needed. Thank you!

I visited this store today around 5:26pm and found two employees with NO customers. As soon as I entered, one employee gave me a once-over without greeting me or acknowledging my presence. After waiting a few minutes, another employee said "Hello" with a very arrogant tone. I obviously needed assistance. Needless to say, there was no customer service.
