When I came into the store to purchase products, I asked if they honored the same specials that were being honored online. I was told yes and that I would get an email with the gift card offer information associated with my purchase in the store. That email never came, so I contacted the store and spoke with the manager multiple times. Each time, she told me that I would be getting the email at the end of the month, then it was next week, then it was a few days. That email never came. I had the best experience in this store last week when I went to buy lipstick. I can’t remember the woman’s name, but she was extremely nice and very helpful when I couldn’t decide which lip color to buy. I will definitely shop here again.

I live in NYC and go to Bluemercury stores all over, but Mosaic is my absolute favorite. I've always had a wonderful experience there, but Gelila is the absolute best, knowledgeable about the products and always recommends exactly what I need. I always make sure to stop by the store when I am in the area!!!
