Visited this Wayne, PA Bluemercury location the day after Christmas with my wife, with the plan to redeem a Birthday gift coupon and purchase a fair amount of skin care products. The employees in the store were absolutely no help; It was as though they were going out of their way/being bothered that we were in the store. All advice on skin care products were given with a disassociated shrug and there was absolutely no personal service during our visit. What a fantastic first experience at Blue Mercury. I was greeted sincerely and then helped with my need for a good lip stain. Nicole was honest about which color complimented my skin tone and she made wonderful recommendations for skin and hair products. I did not feel any upsell from, just support and sincerity. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely return to seek her help with foundations and skin products. She is a great stylist and Blue Mercury has so many great products!

I used to be a huge fan of this store. Unfortunately, the last three times that I’ve gone to pick up products that I normally purchased there, the products were not available. It seems as if many of the cool brand names have been cut. Customer service has gone down hill. The store also used to be generous in giving out samples but the last three times I’ve made purchases, none were offered.
