Went there today (Saturday) and it was closed. The hours online and on Google said it was going to close at 7pm. Drove an hour away so I’m very disappointed.

I called in to check availability, and Nicole said the item was in stock. Turns out it wasn't, but she called me right back to save me the trip. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Visited this Wayne, PA Bluemercury location the day after Christmas with my wife, with the plan to redeem a Birthday gift coupon and purchase a fair amount of skin care products. The employees in the store were absolutely no help; It was as though they were going out of their way/being bothered that we were in the store. All advice on skin care products were given with a disassociated shrug and there was absolutely no personal service during our visit. What a fantastic first experience at Blue Mercury. I was greeted sincerely and then helped with my need for a good lip stain. Nicole was honest about which color complimented my skin tone and she made wonderful recommendations for skin and hair products. I did not feel any upsell from, just support and sincerity. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely return to seek her help with foundations and skin products. She is a great stylist and Blue Mercury has so many great products!
