ppl working there put my product on hold telling me it was 34 dollars when I walked in the next day they were telling me it was 38 they didn’t even try to help the problem and it was obvious they didn’t care they were rude and cold don’t come here
Went there with friends and the sales associate was amazing! Helped us find the right bronzer shades for the 3 of us. Also very helpful with Jo Malone scents.
The SA that was working here was rude, cold and did not help me at all. She asked me what I was looking for. I told her I was looking for a candle as a last minute gift for. Colleague. She said all the candles they had were in the front and the back. She didn’t ask me if I needed help picking something out or anything about the recipient. It felt like I was being rushed out of the store. Wouldn’t recommend this location based on service and limited selection.
The saleswoman here is super kind and helpful. More knowledgable than the Ardmore location I’ve been to
Had a great experience here learning about RMS organic beauty products from Nicole who helped me with color matching and answered all of my questions about RMS and makeup in general.
