I have visited this location multiple times and spent a significant amount on products here. My most recent visit was a stark contrast to previous experiences. The store was completely empty, yet two of the three staff members on the floor did not acknowledge me once. No greeting, no offer of assistance, nothing. They carry an Exclusive line Jane Iredale Cosmetics usually only found in Dermatologist offices and high end Spas . Perfect for my sensitive mature skin.
Coco and Tori helped me this morning and were so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. The store has expanded to include Charlotte Tilbury. And the Chantecaille products are so gentle. Highly recommend for a 50s something!
I had an amazing experience at the charlotte tilbury event. Quiyanna the makeup artist was beyond great! I love the new brands that are coming to this location, Angela Caglia & Victoria Beckham. I am excited to come back!
My daughter and I attended the Charlotte Tilbury makeup on Saturday and I have to say I’m not someone who knows a lot about makeup but we had an amazing time. We left looking and feeling so beautiful. wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!
