I had a very disappointing experience at Bluemercury in Danville. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and refused to assist me when I asked for support. I expected better customer service, but they seemed uninterested and dismissive. I won’t be returning. This incident occurred on 10May2025 and I left disappointed.
Store is clean and staff is very knowledgeable. Such a wide variety and it's location is a prime spot. Dewi, half Indonesian woman, was very very helpful, she gave us her opinions on various items and helped answer any questions we had.
The worst customer service. They promise you when you spend $200 they give you a $50 gift card through an email that you will never receive and when go back to the shop they don’t honor it. Never shop there again. They need to hire a manager that knows how to speak to customers.

Great shopping experience! Check out their 30% off sale. Top of the line skincare, great makeup, hair products, & spa. The manger & the beauty experts were very knowledgeable with no airs about them. Made my shopping experience fun. The AB rep.is very knowledgeable & explained their great skincare line. ( AB Augustinus Bader, The Ultimate Soothing Cream with TFC8, in addition to their eye cream) Check it out! My skin has never felt better. Also, I bought Vitamin C Radial, Face Souffle.
