In a world where customer service is a thing of the past, Joshua went above and beyond to help me! I came in with limited info of what I was looking for-when he pieced it together, he made several recommendations of what I could use instead (as BM didn’t carry that particular brand) He listened, was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Needed to order a Dyson Airwrap for my wife's birthday, her best friend suggested I purchase from Blue Mercury for the points and best pricing. I called the Birmingham location and Dominique was top notch!!! From start to finish, she made the purchase insanely easy, and to top it off she ensured I was getting the best pricing within her abilities. Can't thank her enough for the great customer service. Shopping local is always awesome, especially when the associates care too!
