I stopped by for the first time today. I can’t believe the customer service. Lady named Ruby was pressuring me to buy expensive products after i told her I only wanted to spend $100 or less. She was not listening to me at all and I got frustrated and left.

I have the best experience with the ladies in the store. They go above and beyond helping customers. I always feel I leave there with some extra knowledge.

I want to start this off by saying I usually enjoy shopping here, but today’s experience was disappointing and awkward. I was very uncomfortable during my visit today because one employee, who was heavy set, short and had dark hair. She was dressed in a way that felt extremely inappropriate for a luxury store. Her dress was far too short, and while she was bending down, her underwear was visible to me more than once. I do want to highlight that the other employees were kind.
